Eagle Leather Return Policy: 30-Day Returns for All Orders

How to Start a Return

  1. Ensure your item is unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. Have your receipt or order number ready.
  3. Contact us by email or phone, or send your return directly to our store address below.
  4. Include a note in your return package specifying your request (refund or exchange).

Refund & Exchange Options

  • Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).
  • Exchange: Swap your item for another. If the new item costs less, you’ll be credited the difference. If more, we’ll contact you for the balance.

Non-Returnable & Special Items

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Intimate products
    • Hazardous materials or flammable items
    • Gift cards or downloadable software
    • Certain health and personal care items
  • Helmets: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if the helmet is brand new and unused.
    Please review our Helmet Sizing & Fit Guide before trying your helmet on indoors for fit. Do not ride with the helmet, and do not remove tags or protective films. All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included. Helmets showing any signs of use, wear, removed tags or film, odors, or missing items cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Electronics: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if the item is unopened and unused, with all factory seals and packaging intact. If you’re experiencing trouble with an electronic item, please visit our Support Page. For brand-specific troubleshooting, you may also consult the manufacturer’s support resources.

Return Processing & Refund Timeline

Most returns are inspected and processed within 48 hours of receipt. During busy periods, processing may take a few extra days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your return is reviewed.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed promptly—please allow 5–10 business days for funds to reach your account (processing times vary by financial institution).
  • Questions or Delays? Contact us by email or phone if your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, subject to the same conditions as regular merchandise.

Defective or Damaged Items

We’ll replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us immediately by email or phone for assistance.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
    • You may exchange it or request store credit (gift card) for the value of your return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver:
    • The refund will go to the original payment method, and the gift giver will be notified.

Return Shipping Costs & Tips

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • Please return items in their original packaging when possible, and pack carefully to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
  • Please send tracking information to sales@eagleleather.com so we can assist with monitoring your return.

Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies by product: some items have a standard 1-year warranty, others carry a 2-year Eagle Leather brand warranty, and many are also protected by the manufacturer's warranty.
