Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept any item, *except helmets and **electronics, for return or exchange within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Any item submitted for return or exchange must be new with no signs of use or wear, and contain the original tags and/or packaging.
*Helmets must be received by Eagle Leather for return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date to the customer.
**Electronics must be received by Eagle Leather for return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date to the customer.
If a return or exchange is needed it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the shipping to return the item. Eagle Leather will pay to ship the replacement item to the customer on the first exchange, any additional exchanges it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping both ways.
When making a return or exchange include:
- A note with the reason for the return.
- The item(s) to replace the item(s) returned.

Note for in-store customers: Due to new laws enacted in 2018, in-store customers using a debit card as a debit card, must be present with the card and pin number in order to receive money back on returns; gift cards are available as an alternative. Eagle Leather isn't set up on our payment processor to offer a cash back option, and due to keeping a limited amount of cash available for daily operations we do not give cash back on debit transactions.
