-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was in Eagle Leather and bought a few small items. I had just put some grab rails on my bike and wanted a leather wrap to go around the chrome rails to sorta create a handle look. I asked Erin about it and she was very helpful in designing the leather grips and made a number of trips to my bike to get the leather to fit. She then did some sewing on it and I now have exactly what I was hoping I could get. Without Erin's help this would have never been possible. She was very helpful, friendly, and creative. I want to thank her for the assistance she gave me to make this little project possible. Above all the work and help she gave me, I wanted to give her a tip and she refused it. Very honorable. The amount she charged me for the labor was very inexpensive. you guys have a jewel in Erin and it is always refreshing that people like her work in retail and actually have the customers satisfaction as her priority. Because of her I will travel from SeaTac anytime I need or am looking for something for my motorcycle. You have a super employee with Erin and should be very honored to have her working for Eagle Leather. I will always look for her when I come back. I am a plus size and she took the time to help me find a pair of chaps that would work for me. We spent several hours in the store and watched all customers being treated great by all Eagle Leather employees. Great sizes, lots of selections and a must place to stop.
