72nd Annual Bike Week is Almost Here!
Daytona Beach, FL plays host to hundreds of thousands of riders during Bike Week

The 72nd Annual Bike Week in Daytona Beach, FL is coming March 8th - March 17th. The event has been held since 1937, when Ed Kretz won the first-ever Daytona 200 race riding an American-made Indian motorcycle. The race was held on the beach until 1961, when it was moved to Daytona International Speedway. These days Bike Week is a 10-day festival that expands throughout Volusia County. There are hundreds of motorcycle-themed events for riders to enjoy including bike giveaways, live music, Supercross, and many pub parties.

Here are five interesting things to do during your visit to Bike Week:

  1. Download the Official Bike Week iPhone App
The app is the official source of all Bike Week events and contains lists of bands/concerts, restaurants, attractions, bars, clubs, and hotels.  You can also create your own list of Favorite Events.
